RedDoorz near NAIA Terminal 1

It was simple, inexpensive, but obviously well looked after. Very close to the terminal. Staff were friendly, helpful, and cute.

It was in a dark back alley. Absolutely unsafe for tourists. The taxi driver would not drop us off there and agreed it was unsafe for tourists.

Dark. Dirty. And a very bad area. Especially for someone that is new in the area. All eyes were upon us. It was not as it was presented in the photos

For us travelling with connecting flight is well convenient because it was very near to the Airport.. the Room is small but good and clean even the Staff are good and accommodating..

It’s very near to the airport and the staffs were nice and friendly .

The bathroom was very dirty and its door was broken . Include Also the mattress (kutson )very messy .

Not a good place to stay

Staffs are loud.. the room is stinky and even the floor and wall is moist that feels like its so dirty,,, linens and towels and slightly wet when it was provided

Close to the airport

The room is too small. I got a small old bed with a hard spring you can feel it when lying down. I don’t feel comfortable with my bed it seems messy. Under the bed is too gross and disgusting. No blanket but just a piece of cloth like a shit!

Just somewhere to stay for a couple of hours after a long trip that got in at 5 am. Paid with booking.com, but they said they never received it so had to pay again.

Very close to terminal 1. 200 peso’s taxi ride. Rip off merchants outside the airport wanted 1500. I’d paid upfront for the accommodation early January, but the property still hadn’t been paid, so had to pay again. (Only $40 by 2, Aus, so no huge drama) Comfortable bed was good at 5am when we arrived. But kids playing in reception at 8 was a pain.

You get what you pay for.

Unpleasant location. In addition, if you are unlucky to book the 3rd floor, you need to climb up through the stairs with heavy luggages???

The rooms is tiny but i had everything i need

The staff tried to book an outside car for me but it cost 300 for an airport drop-off but uber was lesser. They were trying to rub me.

Poor service. NO TOILETEIES, INCLUDING BODY SOAP THATS WHY MY SISTER NEED TO RUSH TO CONVINIENT STORE TO GET FOR HER, THE LOCK OF THE DOOR DONT DPUBLE LOCK AAND ITS DAMAGE. SO YOU ASKED MY SISTER TO JUST PUT SOMETHING BEHIND THE DOOR IF SHE IS NOT COMFORTABE. YOU DIDNT EVEN LET HER TRANSFER TO OTHER ROOM THAT SHE FEELS COMFORTABLE THAT THE DOUBLE LOCKED THAT WORKS. AND STAFF JUST LEFT IT THAT WAY. ITS NOT REALLY WORTH RECOOMENDING WHILE STAFF IS NOT EVEN ACCOMODATING ABOUT COMPLAINS WHILE YOU PAYING NOT THAT CHEAP FOR STAY. WITH DIRTY TOILET .

It close to the airport .nothing else

First I choose a standard double bed but they gave us a small bed so I have to change another room which is the one I payed on my reservation. No elevator,no water at night which is according to the stuff the water is not working because of our room location in 4th floor .we have to call the stuff to bring us water at the middle of the night.it was uncomfortable stayed in the hotel .the management should do some action to solve the problem regarding the water system

Nothing. Booking.com you need to review what accomodation you are advertising, maybe send a representative out to check these businesses out before you advertise them. It's not how it's advertised.

Everything. I understand you get what you pay for, so for anyone reading this, spend more money to get a proper comfy room. I have learnt the hard way. I got charged 50 pesos for booking in 20 minutes earlier and 100 pesos per hour for late check out.

staff are amazing

no water heater, no complimentary like soap, no kettle, no card payment

when i arrive there the receptionist was not kind, the bedsheet is very old not clean, the cover is vry thin and very old, towel is very old, you dont have even disposable slippers! the room smells not good smells like humidity, they dont even help me to bring my baggage ? to the room even in my check out, when i book the hotel i saw in the picture was very nice room and clean, but in reality ? you need to change everything inside the room even the bathroom is not clean .

Terrible room, staff noisy from 6am. Had to fight for a torn towel when 2 were supposed to be included. Missing tap. Just a dump

The bed is so dirty. And it’s not comfy, even the front desk isn’t nice. They don’t know how to entertain guest

I paid by my card but the staff ask me to pay cash and i double paid.

The location was near the airport priced appropriately

I only chose RedDoorz because the listing said Queen bed. Traveling with 4 people, I got two rooms. The listing was totally FALSE. They didn't have Queen beds. The beds were much smaller than a Queen unacceptable for 2 adults to sleep that are not married. The hotel provided a twin mattress that they squeezed on the floor by the bathroom.The hotel Wi-Fi was mediocre much worse than I have at home in Cebu. It kept breaking up and dropping my video calls.
